Damon

Dwight Damon, D.D.S., M.S.D.

Dr. Dwight Damon received his M.S.D. in orthodontics from the University of Washington in 1970. Over twenty years ago, he began working to improve treatment quality while shortening treatment times and decreasing the number of overall appointments, not only in his own practice, but for the specialty as a whole. The development of his passive self-ligating brackets system was a means to that end. He has lectured extensively over the past three years to demonstrate his clinical findings with the system that capitalizes on a virtually friction-free environment for use of light force mechanics. He has also managed an active practice for 27 years in Spokane, Washington, and he and his wife, Karen, have two children, Paul and Kylee.
